Obsessions are ideas or thoughts that continuously intrude into a person‘s mind. Obsessions is a selfie friendly, pop-up exhibition that explores common obsessions through exaggerated metaphors.
Obsessions is a pop up exhibition in celebration of Nation Arts Day on March 7th, 2017 from 12 to 2 P.M. at the New Media Artspace gallery in Baruch‘s Library and Information Building, 151 E. 25th Street.
The work is conceived, created and curated by members of the New Media Artspace docent team. The exhibition is made possible by support from the Baruch Computing and Technology Center (BCTC), and the Department of Fine and Performing Arts.

The New Media Artspace is a teaching exhibition space in the Department of Fine and Performing Arts at Baruch College, CUNY. Housed in the Newman Library, the New Media Artspace showcases curated experimental media and interdisciplinary artworks by international artists, students, alumni, and faculty.
