In 'Inner Echoes/Echoes Within' I explore into the realm of interior dialogue, where the mind becomes both the canvas and the critic. Through introspective storytelling and the video medium, I confront the universal experience of self-critique, highlighting the harsh ways we talk to ourselves through following my own moments of introspection and self-dialogue. By facing my own introspection and language I use in my self-dialogue, I invite audiences to confront their own inner critics and create strategies for self-compassion and acceptance. Ultimately, this piece aims to foster a collective journey towards embracing imperfection and celebrating the beauty of our unique selves.
