Project Statement

Silent Struggles is a stop-motion video about a singer who starts getting hateful comments online. Over time, he loses his confidence and falls into a deep depression. The video shows how his world changes, becoming darker and falling apart as his emotions take over. Even though it’s about his struggles, the story shows that healing is possible, with small moments of hope and strength. I wanted to make this project because I think it’s important to show how hurtful words can affect someone and to remind people to be kinder to each other.

Artist Statement

As an artist, I am applying my skills in stop motion animations to tell stories about mental health and the struggles people face but don’t always talk about. I like using stop motion because it feels real and personal, showing the effort behind every little movement. My art is a way for me to share feelings and experiences that connect with others. I hope my work helps people feel less alone and encourages kindness and understanding.
