TRIPLET THREAT: SOUND, CODE & VISUALIZATION

Richard Amin is a Software Engineer that uses code to create digital art to explore the language and reinterpretation of code within the visual arts. His work was heavily researched and reveals the relationship between sound and code, where sound is received as data that is processed as binary instructions of 0’s and 1’s that the computer executes in which the visualizer reacts. His passion for programming and technology informs much of his work. By understanding strategies used in game development, and data manipulation, Amin develops systems and creates processes that triggers the left(analytical) and right(creative) hemispheres of the brain.
